Property Description

Welcome to Circle JG Ranch, a true slice of Colorado's Western heritage and one of the last great ranching opportunities near Leadville. Spanning 160 acres with sweeping mountain views, and fully surrounded by public land, this rare and remarkable property was formerly owned by renowned Western artist Joe Grandee, whose legacy brings a touch of historic charm to an already extraordinary setting. Mostly fenced and framed by panoramic alpine views, the land is ideal for horses, livestock, or creating your own Rocky Mountain dream. The property includes a rustic cabin-listed at 897 square feet per county records, though likely larger due to an older addition. The property may offer subdividable potential and additional water rights (to be verified by buyer).Whether you envision a working ranch, a private retreat, or a legacy mountain estate, Circle JG Ranch provides the canvas for something truly special. Properties of this size, setting, and historic significance are extremely rare in this region.
